We serve St. Augustine and the rest of St. Johns County, within about 40 miles. There is no shopfront to visit — the van comes to the kitchen.

Before you call

Five things that shorten the visit

The model and serial number from the rating plate — on a range it is usually behind the kick panel or inside the oven door frame.
What the appliance does now, and what it did just before it stopped doing it.
Whether anything was installed, moved or re-plumbed in the weeks before.
The date of any recent storm outage or power cut, even if the appliance ran normally afterwards.
Whether the run in front of the appliance can be cleared, and what the floor is — tile, timber or a finish worth protecting.

The diagnostic is $80, flat, credited in full toward the repair. You get a written estimate before any part is ordered or any labour is billed. 90 days on labour, 365 days on parts, genuine OEM parts only. EPA Section 608 certified technicians for any work involving refrigerant.

We service Wolf appliances and no other manufacturer. If you have something else, we will say so rather than waste your money on a visit.
